The Maverick X3 platform keeps on churning more powerful better handling super sport UTVs since the 2017 model year. With 195 horsepower on tap, the X3’s flagship is indecently fun to drive … very fast!
It handles like a dream with a suspension that can handle 24-inch whoops like a trophy truck. In stock form, nothing comes even close to the level of pure performance the XRS can achieve. That’s saying a lot in today’s very competitive super sports segment.
The coolest thing about the X3 is the 900cc 3-cylinder turbocharged engine is that It’s in a league of its own in regards to power. It also has this rare quality of being nearly bulletproof. It responds extremely well to basic mods and larger turbos, cams with the stock crank, rods and pistons. Best multicylindre engine in the business bar none.
You’re sitting down low just like in a race car, feet front, laid back with your hand gripping a race inspired steering wheel, the sound of the X3’s engine when you mash the pedal to the floor is pure adrenaline junky bliss. There’s nothing quite like the X3 on the market right now. I could go on and on about it but, to truly get it, you gotta try one!
Think of it as an intercontinental missile for off-roading. No wonder the X3 has been winning almost every race out there. Heck, it even won the Dakar this year!
